Forgiven, or Put Away From?

That seeing they may see, and not perceive; and hearing they may hear, and not understand; lest at any time they should be converted, and [their] sins should be forgiven them, Mark 4:12

WHO was NOT to be Forgiven? THE JEWS. The same people who today claim Jesus was a MAMZER!

A comparison of the following two verses tells us that there's a difference between "inherit the kingdom of God" and "forgiven unto men", but what do you believe is the difference?

Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor mamzers, Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God 1Co 6:9-10

Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy [against] the [Holy] Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men, Matthew 12:31

Is it possible that all men shall be forgiven for all sins except blaspheming the spirit, at the same time that all fornicators, idolators, adulterers, effeminate, mamzers, thieves, covetous, drunkards, revilers, and extortioners shall not inherit the kingdom of God? No.

The apparent conflict is a mistranslation or misrepresentation of the Greek word "aphiemi" [#863] from which "forgiven" is translated. Consider the following verses which contain the word "aphiemi" which is translated as "leaveth", "leaving", "sent away" and "put away":

Joh 10:12 But he that is an hireling, and not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, seeth the wolf coming, and ***leaveth*** the sheep, and fleeth: and the wolf catcheth them, and scattereth the sheep.

Luk 10:30 And Jesus answering said, A certain [man] went down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and fell among thieves, which stripped him of his raiment, and wounded [him], and departed, ***leaving*** [him] half dead.

Rom 1:27 And likewise also the men, ***leaving*** the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.

Mar 4:36 And when they had ***sent away*** the multitude, they took him even as he was in the ship. And there were also with him other little ships.

1Co 7:11 But and if she depart, let her remain unmarried, or be reconciled to [her] husband: and let not the husband ***put away*** [his] wife.

Even one with a limited understanding of Greek can see how the English phrases "leave", "sent away", and "put away" could all be translated from the same Greek word "aphiemi", but it would cause any serious student of Scripture heartburn to consider how the same Greek word could mean both "put away" and "forgive", particularly when "forgive" is such an important (and novel) concept to Israelites and their Scripture. But if "forgiven unto men" should actually have been ***put away from***, we no longer have a conflict:

What Jesus is saying, in so many words, [just as Watchman Willie Martin insisted] is that there's only one sin which cannot ever be put away from the House of Israel, not even by God Himself, unless He violates His Own Law, which is mixing the holy seed with the peoples of the land [read: race mixing].
