As a couple, we have experience many wrong-doings by the family court system. We are smack dab in the middle of a custody disputer right now. And if anything has become clear, it is the fact that the courts ARE NOT looking out for what is best for the ch ldren! Therefore, their rights, along with ours are violated everyday. My wife abducted my son while she was visiting her parents in Canada. She will be getting a suprise visit from someone soon, as I have invoked the Hague convention (I only hoped it isnt too late). Also, my wife leaves my son in the care of my mother in la who is loony tunes and has physically abused my wife in my presence while wife was carrying my son (still a baby). I fully support the drive to get fair and equal recognition of fathers and their contribution to parenting (in the eyes of the law). The la is biased to a ridiculous extent, and the pendulum has swung too far the other way. It is only in light of my personal experience that I can see why men just completely loose it and take matters into their own hands. My wife simpley told me after being i Canada for a couple of months that, "me and ..(name of son)....are going to be living in Canada from now on". The arrogant bitch - I could have.......!!! Our marriage was in tatters because of her own neurosis which she inherited from her own mother, and from being neglected by her own parents when she was growing up and she was also raped in her small town. I simply inherited her baggage in the marriage. ll contact with the mother in law is contributing to my son growing up scarred as his mother was. Hopefully my son will be home in a couple of months - fingers crossed. Beware all men in comfortable relationships, most women by nature are similarly inclined to my wife and will shaft you the first chance they get when a marriage or partnership breaks up - you will also be held to emotional ransom. They are singularly inca able of thinking of the childs best interests in custody decisions. There are exceptions to the rule of course. Women wonder why there are so many violent crimes against women such as rape and physical abuse - WAKE UP IDIOTS...ITS BECAUSE THEY HAVE BEEN DENIED PROPER PARENTING FROM A FATHER FIGURE !!! And, to alienate a child from his natural (assuming a GOOD fathe ) will contribute greately to a child with (or without) some genetic predisposition to such behaviour, to carry out whatever anti-social behaviour they have been conditioned to fullfil. Good luck to all you guys fighting out there. I see lots of enormous potential for a real national or intenational drive to review the biased nature of the law in custody issues, and I think what we need is a few brilliant individuals to organise some di ection and cohesion in this issue. What the hell do we need to do to be heard........an AK47 on a high tower may get a reaction.....or maybe a page or two out of the IRAs handbook. Maybe that brilliant organiser I was talking about needs to get a big pool of martyrs first! My heart truly goes out to you guys out there hurting. Death would be better for me that to have my nutcase wife do what she is doing to me and my son.

My trouble is that you and your fellow judges imagine that by raging and pulling tantrums at responsible, respectable, and moral father’s like myself, you can compensate for the damage you are inflicting upon our society by your own weakn ss of character, your own lawlessness in refusing to keep your oath of office and administer justice impartially, and your lack of cognitive skill. You may consider that my daughter didn't ask to be brought into the world. I say to you that she didn't ask to be ripped from a two-parent family where she was decently provided for by me, and placed by you in a situation where she is at higher risk of be ng impoverished, and at an even greater risk of delinquency and educational failure. You act as if my daughter is rummaging in garbage cans. This is because you placed her in a situation that would expose her to such a predicament, and now seek to displace your own unsettled feelings and poor judgement by earmarking me as yet another "dea beat" scapegoat. She never rummaged in garbage cans when she was in my care. Now...you may imagine that your demonstration of indignation towards me is beneficial to the State of New Jersey. But let me remind you that it will cost the state between $20,000 and $25,000 to imprison me for a year. During this time my estranged wife a d my child will be on public support. During this time I will earn nothing and will therefore be withdrawing another $25,000 worth of productivity from the New Jersey economy. My company will be shut down and it’s employees will then also be dependent on tate support as well . Furthermore, my future employability will be extremely impaired once I have a jail record. And when I get out, I’ll most likely have no drivers license to seek employment! I will be paying no taxes for the next year and reduced taxe in the future--perhaps none at all, since I may find myself driven into the underground economy, or compelled to leave this state in order to escape your bullying. Your concern sir, is not as you pretend, for the best interests of my child. Please describe the emotional impact that the crime has had upon the victim and/or the victim's family. I along with my children are victims of a fraudulent Domestic Violence Petition. This petition, filed by Patricia Fields-Kinsey, not only forced me to fight for the safety, health and welfare of my children in a foreign state in which neither I nor my children had any significant ties, but has inflicted an immeasurable emotional and financial hardship on me. More importantly, this false Domestic Violence Petition set off a series of events that are directly responsible for the emotional harm that has been inflicted on my two sons, Carl and Casey Fields-Kinsey, since their arrival in Kentucky in June 1996, and which continues to this day. This false petition was responsible for this court holding jurisdiction of a case that it clearly had no valid reason to hear. As a result of this petition, I was not allowed even a supervised visitation with my children for close to a year. This is precious time together that neither I nor my children can ever be compensated for I base this on an order entered on October 6, 1997 in which the Honorable Ronnie C. Dortch stated, " Mrs. Kinsey testified that Mr. Kinsey has threatened to kill her and steal the children away from her". This is also the statement Patricia made on her Domestic Violence Petition. I never called Patricia and made these statements. In fact, I have the MCI phone records that clearly indicate that Patricia was the one making the calls to me, COLLECT. (SEE ATTACHMENT A) It is beyond reason that a person would continue to call someone who had supposedly made threats to " kill her and steal the children". Due to this falsely filed Domestic Violence Petition the court heard tainted testimony from Jan Hampton a social worker with the Cabinet for Families and Children, who acted "on Mrs. Kinsey's behalf." I base this statement on the fact that Jan Hampton admitted in a deposition dated April 22, 1997 that she had filed a false affidavit against me. This is documented on (Page 15 Lines 4-14) Question: "Did you write this affidavit or did Mr. McKown write this affidavit?" Answer: "Mr. McKown wrote the affidavit." Question: "All right. Did you make any change to the draft that he wrote?" Answer: "No, I didn't, not on the day that I signed it." Question: "Have you made any subsequently?" Answer: "No. I haven't legally changed it, but there is some wording on here that I did not state." (SEE ATTACHMENT F) This is a falsified document. Furthermore because of the perjurious statements made by Patricia, Kentucky held jurisdiction under KRS 403.420 (1) (c) because "the children are in need of emergency protection because there are allegations they are subject to or threatened with mistreatment, abuse, dependency or neglect. Mrs. Kinsey testified she discovered bruises all over Carl's body, prompting her to seek protective shelter away from Mr. Kinsey. Mrs. Kinsey has found puncture wounds or bite marks on the bottom of her son Carl's feet." (SEE ATTACHMENT B) In a Child Abuse/Neglect Investigation Report by Jan Hampton dated 1-8-97 - Home Visit- Mrs. Kinsey stated "she found bite marks/puncture wounds on the bottom of Carl's feet of which she had no explanation for at the time but did feel her husband was the only possible person that could have done something to Carl because he did bathe him occasionally and they were alone. Based upon everything that she was discovering regarding possible abuse of the boys by her husband she went to the Spousal Abuse Shelter in Georgia near their home and made plans to flee to KY, to protect the children. She states that her sister, Tina Snodgrass, from Ohio CO., and a Nurse, thought that the places on Carl's feet at the time were puncture wounds/bites: however she did not take Carl to a doctor to have his feet looked at which was a mistake on her part especially after all that has happened since that time." (SEE ATTACHMENT C) This was yet another perjurious statement to a state worker when in fact she did take Carl to Dr. Danhauer in Owensboro, KY., who found all extremities clear. (SEE ATTACHMNET D) Also in a deposition taken from Ms, Hampton on April 22, 1997 (Pages 37 and 38, Lines 23-25 and 1-3): Question: "Okay. And the information given to you was that the puncture wounds and bites happened in Georgia?" Answer: "Uh-huh." Question: "Your answer is yes?" Answer: "Supposedly, yes." (SEE ATTACHMENT F) Further in a sworn deposition taken from Patricia Fields-Kinsey dated April 22, 1997 (Page 65 Lines 3-6): Question: "At what time did you notice bite marks and puncture wounds on Carl's feet?" Answer: "I think we had been here a week when I found those." (Page 67 Lines 7-12): Question: "With whom were you living when you found these puncture wounds and bite marks?" Answer: "I think we had been there at my sister, Debbie's, a couple of days. I think I discovered them there." (SEE ATTACHENT E) How can they have it both ways? These are only samples of the documented perjurious statements made by Patricia that un-leveled the playing field against me and which the courts acted on. Because of this falsely filed Domestic Violence Petition, my two sons, to this day, continue to be subjected to frequent counseling, play therapy, and numerous invasive anal examinations. None of these professionals have ever found any signs of abuse, with the exception of Frances Sartain, LCSW, whose conclusions of sexual abuse were found by William Wiesman, the Commonwealth's Commissioner of Domestic Relations, to be "completely ridiculous". I was found to be "a very loving and devoted father" by the Commissioner and was subsequently granted joint custody of the children by the Honorable Ronnie C. Dortch. Commissioner Wiesman also found that Patricia was "overly protective of the son, Carl, and suspects everyone of abusing him.". He also found her testimony to be "at least somewhat tainted". Yet Patricia continues to falsely accuse me of sexually and physically abusing the children during their visitations with me. This is occurring after every visitation with me according to medical and psychological records I have received on both Casey and Carl. She also continues to present this court with perjurious testimony, as she has from day one of these proceedings. This is not "he said she said" testimony, these are ALL documented facts which I have obtained by repeatedly going behind Patricia and obtaining medical records. This has been an exhaustive and expensive task on my part, especially since I live over 700 miles away. I have had to travel literally thousands of miles and make repeated requests for the childrens' medical and school records. Even though Patricia has been court-ordered to supply me with this information, she has failed to do so. This has been going on for nearly three years, and it continues to this day. Patricia also accused my youngest daughter, Gerri Lynn, who was 9 years old at the time, of abusing Carl. This fact is documented in numerous medical reports even though she denied accusing Gerri in a sworn deposition taken on April 22, 1997 which was submitted to the court. Being falsely accused is an extremely traumatic event for anyone to have to endure, much less a young child! I can't begin to tell you how much pain this has caused this innocent young child. My entire family has been very supportive throughout this ordeal, but this has taken a very big toll on them also, both emotionally and financially. On several occasions, I have had to resort to borrowing money from family members in order to help pay for the rising legal fees and other costs associated with this case. My mother and other family members have not had the benefit of any time with these children during their early years. Soon after Patricia went to Kentucky with the children, one of my sisters, taking time away from her own family, literally moved in with me, staying up night after night, searching for some way to get someone, ANYONE to look at the facts in this case and remove my children from the emotionally damaging situation they've been allowed to remain in while in the State of Kentucky. It would be extremely difficult, if not impossible, to relay the impact this entire situation has had on me personally. It has devastated me emotionally, physically and financially. The stigma of being accused of abusing one's own children is something no innocent person should ever have to endure. Worst of all, I am in constant fear for the health, welfare and safety of my two sons while in the care of their mother. I go to bed at night with it, I relive it in my dreams and I wake up with it every morning. Literally, there is not one single minute in a day that I don't live with this worry for my children. This alone has taken a severe toll on me in every aspect of my life. This is pure and simple emotional abuse of not only my children, but of myself and my other family members as well. Even though I have proven my innocence, Patricia's accusations continue, forcing me to continue to defend my name and reputation as well as the health, safety and welfare of my two sons. This pattern of false accusations and constant doctor examinations and therapy are not conducive to raising a happy, healthy well-adjusted child. This has also invoked an undue hardship on me that no parent should have to endure. So far, all my attempts to have someone look at the truth and facts in this case have been to no avail. I am very hopeful that now, since Patricia has admitted to filing this false Domestic Violence Petition, that this court will assist me in addressing my concerns about the safety, health and welfare of my children. All one has to do is read the history provided by Patricia to every professional she comes in contact with to see the numerous inconsistencies in her statements. If any one of these counselors, doctors and social workers had only talked to any person who knew us as a family in Georgia, they would have learned immediately that I was not the hideous abuser my estranged wife has attempted to portray me as. When Patricia left on Father's Day 1996 with our two little boys unbeknownst to me, while I was at work, I never in my wildest dreams knew how far she would go in trying to totally sever my relationship with my children. I would not know until she had been gone for over 3 months what harmful vindictiveness she was not only capable of inflicting on me, but in the interim, subjecting our oldest son Carl to and now Casey, the youngest son. When and where will it stop? I also can not fathom how the system has and continues to protect her on not ONE SUBSTANTIATION of any facts or evidence--only perjurious and slanderous testimony. Yet all these allegations were conclusive enough for the Cabinet for Families and Children Services to blame me and have me investigated in Georgia as the perpetrator of abuse and set in motion what appears to be a modern day witch hunt, again without any substantiation of fact, only tainted testimony by Patricia Fields-Kinsey. Because of this false Domestic Violence Petition, I was guilty until proven innocent. I was sentenced to NO contact with my children for close to one year, not even a supervised visitation with my children during Christmas 1996. This was very a very trying and traumatic time for me. Because of this false Domestic Violence Petition, I was portrayed as "possibly dangerous" which immediately put my life in danger while in the State of Kentucky and has caused me undue pain and suffering for nearly 3 years. This false DVO has even appeared in my son's school records. On a previous trip to Kentucky to appear before the Grand Jury, I went to have lunch with my son Carl at his school. Upon my arrival I was informed by the principal that Patricia had called the school and advised them that there was an emergency protective order and that I was not allowed within 500 feet of my children. This was not only a false allegation this was very humiliating and put me in a very poor light with not only the principal of Carl's school but also with the staff. Again during a hearing on January 12, 1999, Patricia Fields-Kinsey denied this. I respectfully ask this court to order Patricia to immediately have this and any other damaging documentation removed from these records. I have reviewed the tape from the pre-trial hearing in which Patricia pled guilty to perjury. During this hearing the Honorable Judge Ronnie C. Dortch was again mislead by Patricia's counsel when he stated that she had already served 3 days in jail for her custodial interference charge. Patricia stood beside her attorney and never once tried to correct him on this incorrect statement. Patricia never spent one day in jail. In fact, the day Patricia was arrested, the children were taken to the Home of Innocence in Louisville, Ky., and after immediately posting bond, Patricia went to the Home of Innocence the same day and attempted to pick the children up. She was denied. This was yet another blatant attempt to mislead the court. I adamantly maintain that while in the Commonwealth of Kentucky my children have been exploited, emotionally abused and neglected. I make this statement not out of vindictiveness. I make this statement due to the vast amount of documentation that I have gathered. Due to the extraordinary circumstances of this perjurious Domestic Violence Petition and the hardships it has caused my children, my family and myself, I respectfully ask this court to sanction Patricia Fields-Kinsey to the fullest extent of the law and allow my children to return with me to our home in Georgia so we can all begin our recovery process. 4. Has the victim and/or the victim's family received professional counseling or treatment? Yes If yes, please list expenses incurred to date and estimate additional expenses expected. Due to Patricia's previous and continued false allegations of abuse, Carl, (my oldest son who is now 6 years old), has been seen by more than 25 doctors, social workers, psychologists and therapists since arriving in Kentucky in June 1996. According to recently received doctor's reports, she has now also began subjecting Casey, the 3-year old, to the same type of treatment, including anal exams to "rule out" sexual abuse. Both boys were given rectal examinations again in January 1999, a week after they returned to Kentucky from a Christmas visitation with me in Georgia. Due to the numerous professional visits that have been made, I do not have an accurate account of the expenses incurred; however it is in the thousands of dollars. I also have no way of knowing what it will cost to cover the damages done to the children or myself at this time. 5. Has the victimization affected your employment? Yes If yes, please explain. I have missed a great deal of time from work since this situation first began in June 1996. I have been employed at Gilman Paper Company for 16 years, and have always had an outstanding attendance and work record. The frequent trips between Georgia and Kentucky have caused me to not only use all the vacation time I have accrued, but also to take a large number of days off of work without pay, which I cannot afford to do. This trip alone has cost me three days pay. 6. Has the victimization affected your lifestyle or that of your family? Yes If yes, please explain. When you are in constant fear for your children's safety, it affects every aspect of your life. Being separated from your children at birthdays and holidays is emotionally wrenching even under the best of circumstances. When you have indisputable proof that your children are in an emotionally damaging and potentially dangerous situation, the pain cannot be measured. Before all this happened, my lifestyle consisted of working two jobs to support my family, spending time with my children, and spending time with my friends and family. My lifestyle now consists of spending every spare moment searching for someone to help me bring an end to this nightmare my children and I have been forced into by the actions of Patricia Fields-Kinsey.

I'm about done. After a three year custody battle the judge awarded to an alienating mother (11-16-99) who has relocated 1800 miles away from me. I lost the ability to parent my only child. What I have gained is knowledge. I know the court, no my government, considers me of no use to raising my son. Also I now know some people will use contact between a parent and child in order to control the parent, and the court will not only look the other way, but both rewards and participates in this. If the family had not separated its net worth would be over $100,000. My net worth is now around zero, my ex's is probably around $40,000. This despite the fact that I came into the marriage with probably $15,000, and she came into it with nothing. M assets, which are really my son's, were dissipated through about $25,000 in attorney fees, traveling across country 53 times, car and hotel rentals, etc. My poor boy. In retrospect I should have immediately surrendered and relocated along with my ex. It's just that I always expected that once we got to trial the judge would acknowledge what I good father I have been and treat me accordingly. He did not. Daniel Lee

Please help Indiana fathers in desperate need of father friendly laws. We too should be able to have unlimited access to our children. (unless it has been proven that we have relinquished those rights. There are too many ways for a disgruntled ex-wife to se the justice system as a tool for revenge here. Does it not hurt the child immeasurably to be used as a weapon to hurt a former spouse? An especially large problem here is the use of restriction of visitation times, and intentional interference with fa her child quality time, by deciet, bribery, and punishment.

The 19th amendment to the Constitution was still in the future. The welfare system was not to be introduced for another 50 years. The sexual revolution in 75 more years. It was at that particular time in history the paradigm shift which would change the course history took place. The time was the end of the Victorian Age, when divorce was at the lowest ever.

To my judge: You say that you are imprisoning me for contempt of court. You are lying. You are imprisoning me for debt, in violation of the Constitution, the very law which you have sworn to uphold. You are denying me my right to be tried by a jury of my peers, also in violation of Article 3, section 2 of the Bill of Rights, which you have sworn to uphold indisputably. You have denied my right to due process, and my God given rights as an equal parent and human being. The fact is, you have no idea of, nor any desire to seek the truth in this litigation as the standard of law requires. By placing her in a fatherless home, you are placing her in jeopardy where her likelihood of becoming a juvenile delinquent and going to prison is higher by 8 times, to commit suicide by 5 times, to have behavioral problems by 20 times, to become a rapist by 20 times, to run away by 32 times, to abuse chemical substances by 10 times, to drop out of high school by 9 times, to be seriously abused by 33 times, to be fatally abused by 73 times, to be one tenth as likely to get A's in school, to have a 72% lower standard of living, and to be 10 times more likely as children from a father-headed household to be in juvenile detention. You helped in the destruction of my family by permitting such offensive behavior as adultery, lying under oath, and making false accusations to bolster an abusive pattern of irresponsibility to go unanswered by this court; and now you are trying to shift your responsibility for this onto me by blaming me for the law's incompetence to protect my child, and for the fact that I am unable to support two households with an income sufficient only for one. I��ve come here seeking relief through wisdom, temperance and justice, yet I��am met with a tempest of sanctimonious gavel pounding and inequity. You say that I must respect the law, yet respect is something that must be uniformly conveyed by both partners in any relationship for it to truly work harmoniously. And in doing so you��ve destroyed the very system of motivation which formerly made me a productive, financially stable and useful member of society; and are now about to make me a convict who can contribute nothing to society. My trouble sir, is the same trouble as that of millions of other American fathers that you and the other members of your profession are, by destroying more than half of America's families each year, destroying the very basis of our country��s social and economic well-being. My trouble is that you and your fellow judges imagine that by raging and pulling tantrums at responsible, respectable, and moral father��s like myself, you can compensate for the damage you are inflicting upon our society by your weakness of character, your own lawlessness in refusing to keep your oath of office and administer justice impartially, and your lack of cognitive skill. You may consider that my daughter didn't ask to be brought into the world. I say to you that she didn't ask to be ripped from a two-parent family where she was decently provided for by me, and placed by you in a situation where she is at higher risk of being impoverished, and at an even greater risk of delinquency and educational failure. You act as if my daughter is rummaging in garbage cans. This is because you placed her in a situation that would expose her to such a predicament, and now seek to displace your own unsettled feelings and poor judgment by earmarking me as yet another "deadbeat" scapegoat. She never rummaged in garbage cans when she was in my care. Now...you may imagine that your demonstration of indignation towards me is beneficial to the State of New Jersey. But let me remind you that it will cost the state between $20,000 and $25,000 to imprison me for a year. During this time my estranged wife and my child will be on public support. During this time I will earn nothing and will therefore be withdrawing another $25,000 worth of productivity from the New Jersey economy. My company will be shut down and it��s employees will then also be dependent on state support as well . Furthermore, my future employability will be extremely impaired once I have a jail record. And when I get out, I��ll most likely have no drivers license to seek employment! I will be paying no taxes for the next year and reduced taxes in the future--perhaps none at all, since I may find myself driven into the underground economy, or compelled to leave this state in order to escape your bullying. Your concern sir, is not as you pretend, for the best interests of my child. You never lost thirty seconds of sleep over my daughter, or any of the other children, you placed in fatherless households where they are far more likely to be impoverished, delinquent, and experience acute developmental problems. Your concern is merely to practice cheap judicial chivalry at my expense and to preserve a mindless legal "rule-of-thumb" which will save you the necessity of performing the duty for which you receive your salary. The duty of administering impartial justice and of thinking about what you routinely do when you destroy families and place children in fatherless households without any regard for the consequences.

At that time divorce was at the lowest level ever. In a coup e decades divorce grew by 4 fold. The common denominator of every known society is the learned behavior men have to nurture women and children. Take that away for whatever reason, war, economics, slavery ect, and that society has ceased to exist. That is the humanity that separates man rom the primates. It's not males protecting females or males possessing females, the primates do that also. Children must have sociological fathers, but Women have a monopoly on reproduction, and they don't want men horning in telling them what to do. However, the only way that children can have monogamous, stable two parent families and the only way males can learn to be humane to women and children is automatic fathers custody.

i'm glad you still beleive in organised christianity for i have increasingly hard time doing so! the organised church,including the so called fundalmentalists,have not upheld the status of the father as head of the household. in my experience today's churches are little more than totaly feminized organisations with little reguard for men or positive support for men a fathers.much of the original feminist movement,with the foucus on obtaining the vote as well as passage of laws to protect woman from from the harsher realities of the work enviroment during the industrial revolution as well as the temperance movement came out of women's power base in the churh(it's ironic in the extreme that modern feminists cited these protective laws were proof that men had a conspricy to keep women out of the work-place).as a man i do not beleive philys schafley and her ilk care any more about men than the feminists do,only wanting to preserve their queenly prerogatives that america has taditionally accorded it's women.america was considered a matriarchy long before the advent of modern feminism.indeed one could make the arguement that today's radical feminism is a by product of the excessively high reguard women have traditionaly held in american society and the church(all denominations) has been in the forefront of this.you would have to look much earlier than the 1960's to find the beginnings of the church's failure in reguard to men. try the early 19th century when motherhood was turned into some kind of goddess cult in the pulpits thruoghout the land.the modern feminist goddess cults have just taken it one step further. then of course you have the promise-keepers,with their desire for racial reconciliation,which is good but their main concern seems to be to foucus on their failures as husbands and fathers.what planet are these fellows living on? no group of men in the history of the world has worked harder and made more sacrifices for his family than the american male.no man has traditionally honoure his women moore highly.for this he gets organised sexual warfare! don't tell me the feminists are a small man-hating minority,ever hear of the game of good cop,bad cop?look at the positions of elizabeth dole,who considers herself a conservative christian. not much difference except for abortion,tan the radical feminist psitions of 15-20 years ago!! eighty percent of divorces are initiated by women, including so called christian women. just what te hell are these men feeling guilty about? if they want to fix the problems concerning men and the relationships within their families the first thing they ought to do is gather and work on changing america's gynocentric divorce laws. i see a massive failure of christian manhood here to address the real problems!! in the early church women held many positions of authority as Christ taught by example that women and not just men were spiritual beings and were co-equal in the eyes of God.however in no period has the church accorded women the status of head of household.men were considered the natual leaders of the family. even though the conservative churches pay lip service to this,the reality is quite different. most of our social pathologies are the result of this sexual power inverssion.in the last 200 years men in the church have evolved from unquestioned heads of families to little boys who their so called more spiritual wives most drag alongto christ. with this role reversal,the church(collective,all denominations) has lost most of it's moral authority!!!

Men as fathers are discriminated against in as flagrant a manner as any abuses directed at any race,religion,nationality or sex in our nations history. It appears that men in custody issues are steotyped as the source of all evil and undeserving and unqu lified to fit any role other than that of a walking wallet, with total disregard for what their actual financial circumstances are. Divorce & custody issues are a venue for the woman to levy her vindictiveness and revenge, with the assistance of the lega system, against her ex-husband or father of her children for what she perceives as her justice. No regard is given to the fact that she may well have been the adultress, not the primary caregiver of the child or anything else. Credibility is stripped f om the male/father as a matter of course in the legal process and he is treated in every aspect as a second class citizen without Constitutional rights in the family court process, where equality is only lip-service. I raised my daughter for 8 years of h r life, and in the 5 years immediately prior to 1995 was the primary caregiver 5-7 days and nights per week. I had filed for divorce in 1989 due to my ex-wife's infidelity, and shared through a mutually agreed order "equal legal custody & equal physical rimary care" which was taken from a law case in another state. However when I filed for full custody in 1995 to protect my child from the activities of her mother during the only two evenings a week my child stayed with her mother, I had my child taken f om me by a judge who had a close personal relationship with my ex-wife as illustrated by the fact that they saw each other 6 times per week and often had breakfast& lunch together. I was accused of numerous false charges & accusations such as rape agains my ex-wife, child molestation upon my child, numerous counts of criminal trespass, phone tapping & electronic bugging, & numerous other illegal or immoral acts. All charges & accusations were proven false or unsubstanitated, however I lost my child whic I now see only 3 days (or 32 hours) a month. I spent over $100,000 to fight charges which never even made it to court, and ended up homeless & living in a car, because I sought to protect my child & fight to regain the custody I had previously held & pr cticed. Nearly 4 years later I am still unable, due to the corruption of the locale & state to get my ex-wife prosecuted for perjury. Men/fathers should do whatever is necessary to change the system, but rather than fight our individual battles in which we are subject to the prejudice, politics & corruption of the locale & state, we should unite & wage legal actions in federal courts against the states and the federal government for violation of our constitutional rights as men & as fathers.
