MalkyEL777:Gal 3:28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.
nignothonky: do you believe Paul, or Christ?
nignothonky: But he answered and said, I was sent only unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel, Matthew 15:24
nignothonky: actually, that is a misquote of what Paul wrote
MalkyEL777: Paul was taught by Jesus personally. Paul
MalkyEL777: Paul's words are inspired by the Holy Spirit
nignothonky: yup, and he'd never refute what Christ said: These twelve Jesus sent forth, and commanded them, saying, Go not into the way of the Gentiles, and enter ye not into any city of the Samaritans. But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel, Matthew 10:5-6
MalkyEL777: 18 And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, All authority is given to Me in Heaven and in earth.
19 Therefore go and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,
20 teaching them to observe all things, whatever I commanded you. And, behold, I am with you all the days until the end of the world. Amen.
MalkyEL777: that was matt 28
nignothonky: this is talking about the House of Israel
MalkyEL777: mark 16:14 Afterward He appeared to the Eleven as they reclined. And He reproached their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they did not believe those who had seen Him after He had risen.
15 And He said to them, Go into all the world, proclaim the gospel to all the creation.
16 He who believes and is baptized will be saved, but he who does not believe will be condemned.
nignothonky: it must be, otherwise Matthew was a false apostle
nignothonky: These twelve Jesus sent forth, and commanded them, saying, Go not into the way of the Gentiles, and enter ye not into any city of the Samaritans. But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel, Matthew 10:5-6
MalkyEL777: that is funny
MalkyEL777: that was early in His ministry. When the Jews rejected Jesus, He extended the gosple
nignothonky: the House of Israel was round the world
nignothonky: this is who is being addressed here
MalkyEL777: how do you reconcile Paul
MalkyEL777: he said he went to the Jews first, but that God had appointed him to preach to the gentiles
MalkyEL777: I am a gentile - are you saying I am not saved?
nignothonky: http://christian party.net/weiland.htm is a complete study which explains that Paul is not a false aspostle
MalkyEL777: I know he is not
nignothonky: most of the references to "gentile" were to Israelites of the House of Israel, as it was in Galatians 3:28
MalkyEL777: I am not of the house of Isra'el so what does that make me?
nignothonky: how do you know you're not?
MalkyEL777: it really matters little to me one way or the other - I know that I belong to God and that's all that is necessary
MalkyEL777: You must understand that my life does not revolve around my ethnicity - my life revolves around serving my King. That means, I must be His hands and feet to those who are hurting, lost, and in need of a Savior. That is the sum total of my life and all that Jesus has commanded of me. He said that we should serve as He did - and whatever I did unto the least of these, I have done it unto Him. That is about the sum total of my theology ;-)
nignothonky: but the Holy Bible commands us not to mix the races
nignothonky: we simply can't ignore that
MalkyEL777: the races were already mixed - there is no such thing as pure race - the mixed multitude that accompanied the Isra'elites out of Egypt.
nignothonky: the Israelites put away the mixed multitude
nignothonky: they never abolished the law about marrying them
MalkyEL777: Isra'el was a mixed multitude
nignothonky: no, they did their pedigree and identified each person by their tribe
MalkyEL777: seeing as how they were all dispersed later, I don't see how it matters at this point.
nignothonky: you don't see how God's Law matters?
nignothonky: most do see that tho
MalkyEL777: God's Law as was given in the 613 commandments was fulfilled with Jesus death. It was the foundation of a new doctrine that Jesus taught. Our lives are now found in Him, not in the Law anymore. We are led by the Holy Spirit - for Christ is the end of the law - and the law is fulfilled in love
nignothonky: what do you mean by "fulfilled"?
MalkyEL777: fulfilled, accomplished. Torah is not abolished - it is part of God's Word - it was and is a directional to the Savior. Isra'el could never and never did keep Torah, ever. Jesus came so that the Law could be kept as a foundation. In other words, the law pointed to Jesus, like signs pointing direction. When Jesus came, the signs were no longer needed. Life is not about following a legal set of rules and regualtions - it is about living for Jesus as empowered by His Spirit.
nignothonky: God commanded Israelites to uphold the Torah, but you now give us permission to claim that it's been fuliffed? such a tough choice );
MalkyEL777: Ahhh - the OT clearly says that Torah was not upheld and the covenant was broken by the prostitution of Isra'el - the reason Jesus came was so that we were made free in Him
nignothonky: Nancy, I know you believe that, but this is blasphemy to true Israelites
nignothonky: it's dead wrong to my ear
MalkyEL777: it's not my word, it's God's
nignothonky: no, I know God's Word
nignothonky: this is God's Word
nignothonky: This law will never change. I am the LORD! Leviticus 7:36 [CEV]
nignothonky: For I am the LORD, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed [read: destroyed]. Malachi 3:6
nignothonky: Lev 3:17 No Israelite may eat any fat or any blood; this is a rule to be kept forever by all Israelites wherever they live.
nignothonky: Lev 16:29 And let this be an order to you forever: in the seventh month, on the tenth day, you are to keep yourselves from pleasure and do no sort of work, those who are Israelites by birth and those from other lands who are living among you:
nignothonky: you're misquoting the New Testament, because not a single Israelite would dare to challenge God's Law
MalkyEL777: I understand that you believe that to be truth, but in fact, God changed the Law in Jesus.
nignothonky: is that what Christ said?
nignothonky: But heaven and earth will come to an end before the smallest tittle of The Torah may be dropped out. Luke 16:17
nignothonky: But the mixed multitude who knoweth not the Torah are cursed, John 7:49
MalkyEL777: Yes, I believe He did and He showed by example and in His Words that His Law was above the righteouness of the Torah
nignothonky: But we know that the Torah is good, if a man use it lawfully;1Ti 1:8
nignothonky: please show me the Scripture, not opinion
nignothonky: Do we then make void The Torah through faith? By no means: but we establish The Torah, Romans 3:31
nignothonky: But the Torah is holy, and its orders are holy, upright, and good. Rom 7:12
nignothonky: Do not think that I am come to destroy The Torah, or the prophets. I am not come to destroy, but to fully preach*, Matthew 5:17
nignothonky: does your Scripture fit this?
MalkyEL777: John 7:49 But this crowd, not knowing the law, is cursed.
nignothonky: do you have Scripture which refutes it, this is red letter Bible, from Chrit's own words
MalkyEL777: yes they were cursed because they were supposed to live by Torah, but did not
nignothonky: yes, if they don't follow the Torah, they're cursed
MalkyEL777: those who live by Torah will be judged by Torah
nignothonky: and only God's Holy people live by the Torah, nobody else, which is what Christ said
nignothonky: ONLY house of Israel
nignothonky: nobody else can discern it
MalkyEL777: and no one has been able to keep Torah, ever - so therefore those who try to are cursed because they have not accepted the salvation Of Jesus as full atonement
nignothonky: Nancy, the Holy Bible is replete with examples of punishments for various violations
nignothonky: eating Lobster doesn't get you stoned
MalkyEL777: I don't eat lobster
nignothonky: it's a dietary law of the Torah, but you certainly must see that it's a different penalty than killing somebody
MalkyEL777: Torah is the base or foundation of NT law - the laws that Jesus instituted were founded in Torah - Torah is the example.
nignothonky: so you believe the Torah is just a suggestion
nignothonky: is it the Ten Suggestions"?
nignothonky: not ten commandments?
MalkyEL777: the 10 commandments are true and just and are examples of how we should live - but they are a base - they are the milk of the Word, we go on into maturity
nignothonky: Nancy, what about the EVERLASTING covenant God made with Abraham through Jacob, is that a mere "example"?
nignothonky: And I will establish my covenant between me and thee [Abraham] and thy seed after thee in their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be a God unto thee, and to thy seed after thee. Gen 17:7
nignothonky: Even of the covenant which he made with Abraham, and of his oath unto Isaac; And hath confirmed the same to Jacob for a law, and to Israel for an everlasting covenant, 1Ch 16:16-17
