Nothing about working on this issue should be construed as advocating hostile actions or feelings toward immigrant Americans. The policy issue is about choosing the right numerical level for future immigration. (See our philosophy and stance on this at: http://www.numbersusa.com/about/nobashing.html).

NumbersUSA’s goal is to reduce annual legal and illegal immigration to more traditional numerical levels by carrying out the immigration-reduction recommendations from two national commissions of the 1990s: the bi-partisan U.S. Commission on Immigration Reform and the the President's Council on Sustainable Development.

Please keep in mind that your goals do not have to be the same as our goals to use the NumbersUSA action tools. You may pick and choose those immigration-reduction actions that fit your own wishes.

NumbersUSA Education and Research Foundation is a non-profit, non-partisan immigration-reduction organization. We conduct research on the impacts of high numerical levels of immigration and educate the public, opinion leaders, and policy makers on the results of those and other studies. Undergirding our work are beliefs in environmental sustainability, economic justice, the rule of law and individual liberty, and opposition to federal immigration policies that threaten these values by forcing massive U.S. population growth.
