Subject: RE: Aliens/Strangers/Ger and the Torah

Dear Carroll,

Thank you for forwarding this information on Aliens and Strangers in the land of the Israelites.

What you must include in your exegesis, but which was excluded, is God's Holy Law as described succinctly in Deuteronomy 23:2

Please see the corrections below in red.

LAWS OF SEPARATION  By c l page

Religious AFFILIATION makes all the difference.

SORRY - I've (C L Page) have made extensive quotes in the

following article and credit was not given to the original Bible

Dictionaries or Encyclopedias, and I cannot correct at this late

Date, SORRY!

Bastard and Mamzer are as different as apples and oranges.

BASTARD is an incorrect translation of the Hebrew word "Mamzer" and

there is no Hebrew word in the OT / Tanakh that is equivalent to the

the Christian English word "Bastard". The English "Bastard" has to do

with a love child, a child born out of wedlock, No such distinction is

made in the Scriptures / OT / Tanakh. A "mamzer" in the scriptures is

the child born of a marriage of an Israelite to a heathen / pagan.

Followers of Yahuah are in violation of Torah are not to make marriages

with them, light should never be mixed with darkness. One who comes

into proper worship of Yahuah by living by the Torah should never

marry a none Torah Keeper, such as a pagan such as a Christian or

those of the other mystery pagan religions of the present world.

Note that both Strong's and Dictionary.com define a mamzer as a mongrel:

4464 mamzer mam-zare' from an unused root meaning to alienate; a mongrel, i.e. born of a Jewish father and a heathen mother:--bastard.

mamzer \Mam"zer\, n. [Heb. m['a]mz?r.] A person born of relations between whom marriage was forbidden by the Mosaic law; a bastard. --Deut. xxiii. 2 (Douay version).

Strong's commentary which includes the word "bastard" is confusing, but at least it's properly defined as "mongrel".  Also, there is no Mosaic Law forbidding marriage of a believing Israelite to an unbelieving Israelite.  The only law that can apply is the law against marrying non-Israelites:

Deuteronomy 7:1 When Jehovah thy God shall bring thee into the land whither thou goest to possess it, and shall cast out many nations before thee, the Hittite, and the Girgashite, and the Amorite, and the Canaanite, and the Perizzite, and the Hivite, and the Jebusite, seven nations greater and mightier than thou;

Deuteronomy 7:2 and when Jehovah thy God shall deliver them up before thee, and thou shalt smite them; then thou shalt utterly destroy them: thou shalt make no covenant with them, nor show mercy unto them;

Deuteronomy 7:3 neither shalt thou make marriages with them; thy daughter thou shalt not give unto his son, nor his daughter shalt thou take unto thy son.

Deuteronomy 20:16 But of the cities of these people, which the LORD thy God doth give thee for an inheritance, thou shalt save alive nothing that breatheth:

Deuteronomy 23:1 He that is wounded in the stones, or hath his privy

member cut off, shall not enter into the congregation of the LORD. 2 A

bastard shall not enter into the congregation of the LORD; even to his

tenth generation shall he not enter into the congregation of the LORD.

3 An Ammonite or Moabite shall not enter into the congregation of the

LORD; even to their tenth generation shall they not enter into the

congregation of the LORD for ever:

[A bastard shall not enter] MAMZER (heb 4464), which is here

rendered "bastard," should be understood as all the issue (Children)

of those mixtures which are forbidden because of who they worship.

As noted above, mamzer means mongrel, not bastard, which as you note are two entirely different creatures.  A mongrel is defined as follows:

Dictionary.com

mongrel   Audio pronunciation of "mongrel" ( P )  Pronunciation Key  (mnggrl, mng-)
n.

  1. An animal or a plant resulting from various interbreedings, especially a dog of mixed or undetermined breed.
  2. A cross between different breeds, groups, or varieties, especially a mixture that is or appears to be incongruous.

adj.

Of mixed origin or character.

Webster's Dictionary

MONGREL, a. [See Mingle.] Of a mixed breed; of different kinds.

MONGREL, n. An animal of a mixed breed.

Exodus 23:28-33 And I will send hornets before thee, which shall drive

out the Hivite, the Canaanite, and the Hittite, from before thee. 32

>>>THOU SHALT MAKE NO COVENANT WITH THEM<<<, nor with their gods. 33

They shall not dwell in thy land, lest they make thee sin against me:

for if thou serve their gods, it will surely be a snare unto thee.

(KJV)

And, though it was not the fault of the issue (the child), yet, to

deter the people from those unlawful marriages, it was very convenient

that their posterity should thus be made infamous. By this rule

Jephthah, though the son of a harlot, a strange woman, which made him

a mamzer, yet later he was not considered a mamzer / bastard in the

sense of this law.

JEPHTHAH THE MAMZER

Judges 11:1-2 Now Jephthah the Gileadite was a mighty man of valour,

and he was the son of an harlot: and Gilead begat Jephthah. 2 And

Gilead's wife bare him sons; and his wife's sons grew up, and they

thrust out Jephthah, and said unto him, Thou shalt not inherit in our

father's house; for thou art the son of a strange woman. (KJV)

Jephthah was the ninth judge of Israel, tho an illegitimate mamzer

son of Gilead. In consequence of his illegitimacy, he was banished

from his father's house and took up his residence at Tob, a district

of Syria, not far from Gilead <Judg. 11:1-3>. It was here that he

became head of a marauding party, and when a war broke out between the

Israelites and the Ammonites, he probably made a name for himself.

Probably zonah should be rendered as in Jos_2:1, a hostess, or inn-keeper, so Targum of Jonathan, wehoo bar ittetha pundekeetha, "and he was the son of a woman, a tavern-keeper." She was very probably a Canaanite, as she is called, Jdg_11:2, a strange woman, ishah achereth, "a woman of another race;" and on this account his brethren drove him from the family, as not having a full right to the inheritance.

[Update added May 9, 2003]However, this story is about an Israelite who was born of a harlot or concubine who was not permitted to inherit from his father but who was permitted into the congregation of the LORD because he was a pure Israelite.

Only children of a mother married to an Israelite father were their father's heirs.  But children born of one Israelite parent married to a non-Israelite parent were mamzers, or products of miscegenation, who could not enter the congregation of the LORD, even to the tenth generation. The fact that Japhthah was permitted to rule over the Israelites of Gilead, even though he was not his father's heir, is proof enough that his mother was an Israelite, and that the only reason he was not an heir was because his mother was not married to his father.

The erroneous commentary from Treasury of Scriptural Knowledge above is based on the Hebrew word "acher" from the Scripture son1121 of a strange312 woman.802 . Note that this word "acher" is translated as "other" 97 times, "another" 56 times, "others" 9 times, and is defined by Strong's as follows, so there's no justification here to presume that Jephthah was the son of a non-Israelite mother rather than just the son of "another" mother:

H312

'ache^r

akh-air'

From H309; properly hinder; generally next, other, etc.: - (an-) other (man), following, next, strange.

This induced the Israelites to seek his aid as commander; and though

at first he refused in consequence of their ill-treatment of him, yet

on their solemn covenant to regard him as their leader, he consented.

In this capacity he was successful and, in a war that soon followed,

the Ammonites were defeated with great loss.

Interpreters are not agreed what is here meant by entering into the

congregation of the Lord, which is here forbidden to eunuchs and to

bastards (More correctly Mamzer as there is no OT / Tanakh equivalent

the Christian English word "Bastard"), Ammonites and Moabites, for

ever, but to Edomites and Egyptians only till the third generation.

Deuteronomy 23:7 Thou shalt not abhor an Edomite; for he is thy

brother: thou shalt not abhor an Egyptian; because thou wast a

stranger in his land. 8 The children that are begotten of them shall

enter into the congregation of the LORD in their third generation.

(KJV)

Certainly you must question your assertion above in light of the fact that Esau (whose descendants are Edomites) is the ONLY person in the entire Holy Bible whom God "hated":

(Mal 1:3) Was not Esau Jacob's brother? says the LORD: yet I loved Jacob, but hated Esau; I made his mountains a waste, his heritage a desert for jackals.

(Rom 9:13) As it is written: "I loved Jacob but hated Esau."

1. Some think they are hereby excluded from the people of God in their

religious services. THOUGH EUNUCHS AND BASTARDS WERE OWNED AS MEMBERS

OF THE CONGREGATION OF ISRAEL, AND THE AMMONITES AND MOABITES MIGHT BE

CIRCUMCISED AND PROSELYTED TO THE JEWISH RELIGION, yet they and their

families must lie for some time under marks of disgrace, remembering

the rock whence they were hewn, and must not come go near the

sanctuary as others might, nor have so free a communion with

Israelites.

2. Others think they are hereby excluded from bearing office in the

congregation: none of these must be elders or judges, lest the honour

of the magistracy should thereby be stained. YET THE CASE OF JEPHTHAH

STRAINS THAT POINT.

3. Others think they are excluded only from marrying with Israelites.

Yet we find that when this law was put in execution after the

captivity they separated from Israel, not only the strange wives, but

all the mixed multitude, see <Neh. 13:1-- 2>. With the daughters of

these nations (though out of the nations of Canaan), it should seem,

THE MEN OF ISRAEL MIGHT MARRY, IF THEY WERE COMPLETELY PROSELYTED TO

THE JEWISH RELIGION; but with the men of these nations the daughters

of Israel might not marry, nor could the men be naturalized otherwise

than as here provided.

The following Scripture defines precisely what is meant by "congregation":

Speak ye unto all the congregation of Israel, saying, In the tenth day of this month they shall take to them every man a lamb, according to the house of their fathers, a lamb for a house: Exo 12:3

This is a reference to the entire community of Israelites.

RELIGIOUS CONVERSION MADE ALL THE DIFFERENCE

In the case of conversions the prohibition did not apply because

they were from that point on lawfully Israelites with full rights in

the assembly.

RUTH THE MOABITESS

Ruth a Moabitess, first the wife of Mahlon and then of Boaz, and an

ancestress of David.

Wife of Mahlon. In the time of the Judges Elimelech, an inhabitant of

Bethlehem in Judah, emigrated into the land of Moab with his wife,

Naomi, and his two sons, Mahlon and Chilion, because of a famine in

the land <Ruth 1:1-2>. There he died, and his two sons married Moabite

women, named Orpah and Ruth, the latter becoming the wife of Mahlon

<4:10>, before 1100 B.C.

RUTH THE MOABITESS CONVERTS TO THE FAITH OF ISRAEL WHOLEHEARTEDLY

Return to Bethlehem. After the death of her two sons Naomi resolved to

return to her own country and kindred, and Ruth determined to

accompany her, notwithstanding her mother-in-law's entreaty that she

should follow her sister-in-law and return to her own people and her

god. Ruth answered her in beautiful and earnest words: "Do not urge me

to leave you or turn back from following you; for where you go, I will

go, and where you lodge, I will lodge. YOUR PEOPLE SHALL BE MY PEOPLE,

AND YOUR GOD, MY GOD. Where you die, I will die, and there I will be

buried. Thus may the Lord do to me, and worse, if anything but death

parts you and me" (1:16-17). They arrived at Bethlehem just at the

beginning of the barley harvest.

RUTH Marries Boaz

Ruth went out to glean for the purpose of procuring

support for herself and her mother-in-law, and in gleaning came by

chance upon Boaz, a relative of Naomi. When he heard that she had come

with Naomi from Moab, Boaz spoke kindly to her and gave her permission

not only to glean in the field and even among the sheaves but to

appease her hunger and thirst with the food and drink of his reapers

(2:1-16).

RUTH THE MOABITESS EVEN HAD RIGHTS OF "KINSMAN REDEEMER"

His kindness to her induced Naomi to counsel Ruth to seek an

opportunity to tell Boaz the claim she had upon him as the nearest

kinsman of her deceased husband. Ruth followed this advice, and Boaz

promised to fulfill her request provided the nearer redeemer, who was

still living, would not perform his duty (3:1-13). As this relative

was unwilling to do so, Boaz obtained from him a release, redeemed

himself the patrimony of Elimelech, and took Ruth to be his wife (4:1-

13). In process of time she became the mother of Obed, the father of

Jesse and grandfather of David (vv. 13, 17; <Matt. 1:5>).

(Above compiled and edited from New Unger's Bible Dictionary, Adam

Clarke Commentary, Matthew Henry's Commentary)

It's correct that the "Moabitiss's" converted to the religion of the Israelites living in Judaea.  It's incorrect to presume that this little ceremony with the shoe resulting in the trashing of thousands of years of law, customs, ordinances, and commandments which PROHIBITED intermarriage between Israelites and non-Israelites.  You must note that there were no racial Moabites living in this territory at the time, because the Israelites had chased them all out and occupied the territory, which is why Ruth was an ISRAELITE living in Moab and thus was known as a resident of Moab [a "Moabitess"], who could not possibly have been a non-Israelite.

The clue is here in the following Scripture:

Rth 4:3 And he said unto the kinsman, Naomi, that is come again out of the country of Moab, selleth a parcel of land, which was our brother Elimelech's:

We know what you want to do here, Carroll.  You believe that if you can find just one example where a non-Israelite was permitted to "convert" to being an Israelite, that all the camels' noses are permitted into the tent.  But this is not the case.

ALIENS - NON ISRAELITES AND THE TORAH [THE LAW]

But now, once the Israelites were chosen as his covenant people and

given the Torah, WERE THE NON ISRAELITES REQUIRED TO KEEP THE TORAH

[LAW]?

Even while still in Egypt aliens accepting YHUH as their Elohim were

considered part of Israel and could be cut off!!  It is written:

Exodus 12:19  Seven days shall there be no leaven found in your

houses: for whosoever eateth that which is leavened, even that soul

shall be cut off from the congregation of Israel, WHETHER HE BE A

STRANGER, OR BORN IN THE LAND.(KJV)

Exodus 12:48-49 And when a stranger shall sojourn with thee, and will

keep the passover to YHUH, let all his males be circumcised, and then

let him come near and keep it; AND HE SHALL BE AS ONE THAT IS BORN IN

THE LAND: for no uncircumcised person shall eat thereof. 49 ONE LAW

(Same Law) SHALL BE TO HIM THAT IS HOMEBORN, AND UNTO THE STRANGER THAT

SOJOURNETH AMONG YOU. (KJV)

The Hebrew word translated "law" by the KJV Bible [you probably

guessed it] is "Torah"!!! They had to all keep the same Torah regardless of

birth! If they were with the House Israel they had to live by YHUH's

law, even those aliens that did not love YHUH!

Again, you make the presumption that stranger, which is translated from the Hebrew word gare, which also means guest, is a non-Israelite, which is NOT supported by this Scripture:

Exo 12:48 And when3588 a stranger1616 shall sojourn1481

H1616

???? ???

ge^r ge^yr

gare, gare

From H1481; properly a guest; by implication a foreigner: - alien, sojourner, stranger.

Furthermore, this mixed multitude which did accompany the Israelites out of Egypt WERE identified as a separate group of people and they WERE put away:

Neh 13:3 Now it came to pass, when they had heard the law, that they separated from Israel all the mixed multitude.

ALIENS INCLUDED IN THE EXODUS

Many aliens chose to follow the Elohim of Israel, and left with them

in the exodus. YHUH and his Torah meant more to them than their

families and the land of their birth. In Exodus 12:37-38 37 it is

written: "And the children of Israel journeyed from Rameses to

Succoth, about six hundred thousand on foot that were men, beside

children. 38 AND A MIXED MULTITUDE WENT UP ALSO WITH THEM; and flocks,

and herds, even very much cattle." (KJV)

This mixed multitude gathered at Mount Sinai and saw the smoke and

heard the voice of YHUH. 'They were there and received the law right

along with the Israelites. They along with them bonded as part YHUH's

people, he becoming their Elohim. The gentiles, even those not set

apart to YHUH, were governed and protected by the Torah. In Exodus

20:10 we find, "But the seventh day is the sabbath of YHUH thy Elohim:

in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter,

thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, NOR THY STRANGER

THAT IS WITHIN THY GATES: (KJV)   Again, remember Exodus 12:49 "ONE

LAW SHALL BE TO HIM THAT IS HOMEBORN, AND UNTO THE STRANGER THAT

SOJOURNETH AMONG YOU." (KJV)  Like the residents of any people today,

strangers or aliens, good or bad, dedicated or indifferent, if

associated with the House Israel are required to keep the Law.

See above.  These strangers are Israelites, and the Israelites separated themselves from the mixed multitude.

ALIENS INHERIT IN THE PROMISED LAND

The "set apart" to YHUH aliens inherit right along with the

Israelites. In Ezekiel 47:21-22 it is written: 21 "You are to

distribute this land among yourselves according to the tribes of

Israel. 22 You are to allot it as an inheritance for yourselves AND

FOR THE ALIENS WHO HAVE SETTLED AMONG YOU and who have children. YOU

ARE TO CONSIDER THEM AS NATIVE-BORN ISRAELITES; ALONG WITH YOU, THEY

ARE TO BE ALLOTTED AN INHERITANCE AMONG THE TRIBES OF ISRAEL." The

gentiles have the same inheritance in the land as the native born,

>>>IF HE OBEYED TORAH.<<< This was true in the past ancient Kingdom as

well as the coming future Kingdom.

Again in Ezekiel 47:23 we find,"IN WHATEVER TRIBE THE ALIEN SETTLES,

THERE YOU ARE TO GIVE HIM HIS INHERITANCE," declares the Sovereign

YHUH." (NIV) The alien inherits with his adopted tribe, but he could

also be cut off as anyone else in the tribe if he despised the word of

YHUH and broke his commandments.

This word that you now call alien is the same Hebrew word gare, which still means guest, which, still, obviously applies only to Israelites visiting other Tribes or cities.

ignorance, both for him that is born among the children of Israel, and

for the stranger that sojourneth among them. 30 But the soul that

doeth ought presumptuously, whether he be born in the land, or a

stranger, the same reproacheth YHUH; and that soul shall be cut off

from among his people. 31 BECAUSE HE HATH DESPISED THE WORD OF YHUH,

AND HATH BROKEN HIS COMMANDMENT, that soul shall utterly be cut off;

his iniquity shall be upon him. (KJV)

Isaiah 56:3, 6-8 Neither let the >>>SON OF THE STRANGER<<<, that hath

joined himself to YHUH, speak, saying, YHUH hath utterly separated me

from his people: neither let the eunuch say, Behold, I am a dry tree.

6 "And >>>THE FOREIGNERS<<< who: join themselves to YHUH, to minister

to him, to love the name of YHUH, and to be his servants, every one

who keeps the sabbath, and does not profane it, and holds fast my

covenant -- 7 these I will bring to my holy mountain,  and make them

joyful in my house of prayer; their burnt offerings and their

sacrifices will be accepted on my altar; for my house shall be called

a house of prayer  FOR ALL PEOPLES. 8 Thus says the Adonai YHUH, who

gathers the outcasts of Israel, I will gather yet others to him

besides those already gathered."(RSV)

Note that there's nothing at all in this Scripture that even suggests or hints that these foreigners or strangers were non-Israelites:

Note also that your presumption is in direct conflict with God's Commandments, laws, and ordinances, as reflected in the following:

Ezra 9:1  Now when these things were done, the princes came to me, saying, The people of Israel, and the priests, and the Levites, have not separated themselves from the people of the lands, doing according to their abominations, even of the Canaanites, the Hittites, the Perizzites, the Jebusites, the Ammonites, the Moabites, the Egyptians, and the Amorites.

Ezra 9:2  For they have taken of their daughters for themselves, and for their sons: so that the holy seed
have mingled themselves with the people of those lands: yea, the hand of the princes and rulers hath been chief in this trespass.

Nehemiah 9:1 Now in the twenty and fourth day of this month the children of Israel were assembled with fasting, and with sackcloth, and earth upon them.

Nehemiah 9:2 And the seed of Israel separated themselves from all foreigners, and stood and confessed their sins, and the iniquities of their fathers.

The best illustration of aliens becoming Israelites is Caleb. Do you

remember Caleb and Joshua? Caleb was one of the faithful sent to

reconnoiter the promised land along with Joshua. Incredible but, HE

WAS NOT BORN OF THE FLESH OF JACOB?!?  In Numbers 14:30 we

find,"Doubtless ye shall not come into the land, concerning which I

sware to make you dwell therein, save Caleb the son of Jephunneh, and

Joshua the son of Nun." (KJV) In Numbers 32:12 not one except CALEB

SON OF JEPHUNNEH THE KENIZZITE and Joshua son of Nun, for they

followed YHUH wholeheartedly.' (NIV)

Caleb had been a Kenizzite, one of the tribes in the Promised land

that were to be dispossessed in favor of the seed of Abraham, Israel.

Genesis 15:18-21 In the same day YHUH made a covenant with Abram,

saying, Unto thy seed have I given this land, from the river of Egypt

unto the great river, the river Euphrates: 19 The Kenites, and the

>>>KENIZZITES<<<, and the Kadmonites, 20 And the Hittites, and the

Perizzites, and the Rephaims, 21 And the Amorites, and the Canaanites,

and the Girgashites, and the Jebusites. (KJV)

One of the greatest men of Israel. And yet he was not of the flesh of

Jacob, but of the spirit of Jacob in his devotion to YHUH. Caleb

followed YHUH wholeheartedly. He was a great man of Israel to all

including YHUH. He inherited right along with his adopted tribe, and

was known as a Yahudite!

Please follow the genealogy outlined at http://fathersmanifesto.net/aliens.htm which indicates that Jephunneh was an Israelite living in the territory previously occupied by the Kenizzites, which is the only reason he was called a Kenizzite.

In Joshua 14:13-14 it is written: "And Joshua blessed him, and gave

unto Caleb the son of Jephunneh Hebron for an inheritance. 14 Hebron

therefore became the inheritance of Caleb the son of Jephunneh the

Kenezzite unto this day, because that he wholly followed YHUH Elohim

of Israel." (KJV)

ALIENS IN THE RESTORED KINGDOM

Isaiah 14:1 For YHUH will have mercy on Jacob, and will yet choose

Israel, and set them in their own land: AND THE STRANGERS SHALL BE

JOINED WITH THEM, and they shall cleave to the house of Jacob. (KJV)

Isaiah 56:1-3 1 Thus saith YHUH, Keep ye judgment, and do justice: for

my salvation is near to come, and my righteousness to be revealed. 2

Blessed is the man that doeth this, and the son of man that layeth

hold on it; that keepeth the sabbath from polluting it, and keepeth

his hand from doing any evil. 3 NEITHER LET THE SON OF THE STRANGER,

>>>THAT HATH JOINED HIMSELF<<< TO YHUH, SPEAK, SAYING, YHUH HATH

UTTERLY SEPARATED ME FROM HIS PEOPLE: neither let the eunuch say,

Behold, I am a dry tree. (KJV)

Zephaniah 2:10-11 10  This is what they will get in return for their

pride, for insulting and mocking the people of YHUH Almighty. 11   YHUH

will be awesome to them when he destroys all the elohim of the land.

THE NATIONS ON EVERY SHORE WILL WORSHIP HIM, EVERY ONE IN ITS OWN

LAND. (NIV)

This is not correct.  Again, the Hebrew words gare and nekar can only mean an Israelite who is a guest from another tribe or city or country, not a non-Israelite who God promised, through an everlasting covenant, would be EXCLUDED:

Isa 14:1 For3588 the LORD3068 will have mercy7355 on (853) Jacob,3290 and will yet5750 choose977 Israel,3478 and set5117 them in5921 their own land:127 and the strangers1616 shall be joined3867 with5921 them, and

Any man may become part of the covenants of promise and become to YHUH

as a native born Israelite. There are two ways you could become part

of any family. First, you could either be born into the family or

secondly, you could be adopted. Recognizing this fact, we have in all

our societies a procedure for the adoption of children. Adoption is

recognized in the English common law. Mankind has universally held

this both as a right and a duty to care for parentless children. It

seems to be innately part of our basic character. Adoption has also

been the way of the Creator from the beginning. A man of any family

that wanted YHUH as his King could lawfully be grafted in and become

part of his people. The procedure is very simple and consists of three

steps:

1st Obey Yahuah’s Torah

Set yourself apart to YHUH and his Torah. Accept him as your King

and Savior. And how do you do that? Do you come forward and make a

declaration at the pulpit? Do you sign a contract? No, you accept him

as you would any king or leader - You OBEY him. You start keeping his

commands or laws, his Torah! Doesn't that make sense?

2nd CIRCUMCISE all males in you house hold

Become circumcised thus entering into the House of Abraham.

Circumcision is the installation ceremony that brings you into the

covenant.

Genesis 17:10-14 10 we find, "This is my covenant, which ye shall

keep, between me and you and thy seed after thee; EVERY MAN CHILD

>>>AMONG YOU<<< SHALL BE CIRCUMCISED.

11 And ye shall circumcise the flesh of your foreskin; and it shall be

a token of the covenant betwixt me and you." 12 "And he that is eight

days old shall be circumcised among you, every man child in your

generations, HE THAT IS BORN IN THE HOUSE, OR BOUGHT WITH MONEY OF ANY

STRANGER, WHICH IS NOT OF THY SEED."

Every man child had to be circumcised, regardless of race or family,

freeman or slave, if associated with Abraham's house hold, period!

That was Torah then and that is Torah now. If as a man, you desire to

be of the house of Abraham, you must be circumcised. This identifying

mark of the covenant is an everlasting requirement and is still very

valid in our day.

13 "He that is born in thy house, and he that is bought with thy

money, must needs be circumcised: and my covenant shall be in YOUR

FLESH for an everlasting covenant."

Conversely, failure to perform the circumcision will result in one

being cut off from "the house of Abraham", no longer part of the

covenant of promise.

14 "And the uncircumcised man child whose flesh of his foreskin is not

circumcised, that soul shall be cut off from his people; he hath

broken my covenant." (KJV)

3rd Keep / do Yahuah’s Passover

Keep the Passover according to Exodus 12.  Keeping the Passover is

a requirement for installation into the House of Israel! To become -

As one born in the land!

49 ONE LAW

SHALL BE TO HIM THAT IS HOMEBORN, AND UNTO THE STRANGER THAT

SOJOURNETH AMONG YOU. (KJV)

Sorry I didn't have time to rewrite this and make it shorter.

Which context and meaning of "everlasting covenant" escapes you, Carroll?  What you have done here is blasphemy of the holy spirit, wherein you make a mockery of God's Everlasting Covenant with Abraham through Jacob:

And I will establish my covenant between me and thee [Abraham] and thy seed after thee in their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be a God unto thee, and to thy seed after thee. Gen 17:7

And God said, Sarah thy wife shall bear thee a son indeed; and thou shalt call his name Isaac: and I will establish my covenant with him for an everlasting covenant, [and] with his seed after him. Gen 17:19

Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ. Gal 3:16

Even of the covenant which he made with Abraham, and of his oath unto Isaac; And hath confirmed the same to Jacob for a law, and to Israel for an everlasting covenant, 1Ch 16:16-17

Which covenant he made with Abraham, and his oath unto Isaac; And confirmed the same unto Jacob for a law, and to Israel for an everlasting covenant: Psa 105:9-10

For it is written, that Abraham had two sons, the one by a bondmaid, the other by a freewoman. But he who was of the bondwoman was born after the flesh; but he of the freewoman was by promise. Gal 4:22-23

He said in reply, "I was sent only to the lost sheep of the house of Israel." Matthew 15:24

"These twelve Jesus sent forth, and commanded them, saying, Go not into the way of the Gentiles, and into any city of the Samaritans enter ye not: But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel. And  as ye go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand."  Matthew 10:5-9
